On November 10th, with the concern and support of company leadership, Final Acceptance Certificate（COFCOM/FAC）was issued by the Owner for Egypt GOE2×5000t/d cement project, with TCDRI as the general contractor. It marks a happy ending for the project.

Project contract was signed on June 24th, 2007 in Cairo with total contract price of 277 million Euros. The project was officially launched on November 6th, 2007, and the construction term is 40 months. The first line was successfully ignited on Dec. 6th, 2010, and the second line achieved successful ignition on Feb. 1st, 2011. All the performance tests were completed on Nov. 28th, 2011, fully meeting the demand of the contract. On Jan. 24th, 2012, PTOC (PAC) was issued by the Owner for Egypt GOE project.

During two-year defects notification period as agreed in the contract, Project Implementation Dept. and Production Operation Center of TCDRI continued to collaborate with the Owner to ensure a normal and high efficient running of the entire production line, major indicators like clinker and cement output all met the contract requirement. It received high praise and favorable comment from the Owner, which created a good platform for future cooperation.
