On May 20, Mr. Xu Peitao, GM of Sionma Tianjin was invited to attend meeting between leaders of China and Russia during 4th Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA). This session was co-hosted by President Xi Jinping and Russian President Putin. Except for intergovernmental cooperation agreement, under the joint witness of President Xi Jinping and Russian President Putin, Mr. Xu Peitao and Mr. Galchev, Chairman of Russia Europe Cement Company signed 10000t/d cement production line EPS framework contract.

Europe Cement Group is the largest cement manufacturer in Russia with great influence in local cement market. The signed 10000t/d framework contract (the scope of the contract includes engineering design, mechanical and electric equipment procurement and supervision etc.) demonstrates its confidence on Sinoma’s technology and equipment.

Since our entrance into Russian market in 2006, we have contracted BASEL CEMENT（5000t/d）cement production line project, Heidelberg Tula （5000t/d）cement production line project and Lafarge （5000t/d）cement production line project. The signed 10000t/d production line will be the largest single line in Russia and the technology and equipment are with our self-owned intellectual property rights. The implementation of this project will further strengthen our influence in Russian market
