On July 22nd, completion ceremony and FAC & PAC signature ceremony were held for Russia SCP Project which was contracted by Sinoma Int. (Tianjin). During the ceremony, Mr. Xu Peitao, the general manager of Sinoma Int. (Tianjin) delivered a speech in which he congratulated the project owner, Basel Cement and retrospect the project execution history. He also expressed his hope that Basel Cement and Sinoma Int. would further their cooperation in the future.  

After the ceremony, Mr. Xu and Mr. Shmatov made further communications. The latter thanked Sinoma Int. for its efforts in executing the project and expressed his wish to cooperate with Sinoma Int. again. In the afternoon on the same day, the two parties signed agreement for follow-up on-site technical support services.
